The language of the congress is Turkish and English. Deadline for abstracts submitted is papers should be uploaded to the system in both Turkish and English.
Abstracts should be most lately sent by 09th March 2020. Summaries after this date will not be considered.
Abstracts should be electronically uploaded to the system on the congress page. Abstracts sent by mail, fax or e-mail will not be considered.
In the abstract submission system, a user account must be created for the first login. You can upload your abstracts on this personal page.
You can attend the congress with multiple abstracts.
At least one of the authors must register to the congress in order the abstract to be accepted. No paperwork will be considered and included in the congress book if there has not been any payment until the deadline.
The abstracts of papers should be an original research or review which never been published anywhere.
The submitted papers will be evaluated by the referees of the scientific committee of the congress.
Authors will be able to present their papers as posters or in oral presentations, but the Congress Scientific Committee may choose if necessary.
The Scientific Committee of the Congress will make the final decisions of the acceptance or rejection of the papers and if necessary, they may request correction to be done from the authors.
The author who will make a presentation should specified in text in the abstract.
The presentation format, place and time of the accepted paper will be automatically sent to the e-mail addresses which are specified in text by the responsible author during registration.
All abstracts accepted as oral presentations or posters will be published in e-book will be take place on the congress web pages.
You can make any arrangements through the system until the deadline of submission.
The congress secretariat should be contacted in case of discontinuation of publication of the abstract or the change of author names. You should forward an e-mail to the congress secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) and specified the text the changes you want to make in your paper by the deadline of submission. Otherwise, your abstarct will be published as you have uploaded it to the system.
Abstract Writing Rules
Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing in accordance with the spelling and spelling rules.
The title should be written in capital letters with the first letters of the authors' names / surnames capitalized.
The title of the authors, their institutions and the contact address of the responsible author should be indicated.
Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, except the title and author information.
In the abstracts; There should be subtitles of introduction and purpose, methods, findings, conclusions and suggestions and at least 3 and 5 keywords.
Tables, graphics or images should not be included in the abstract text.
Poster Preparation Rules
Each poster should be prepared in sizes of 50x70 cm. Manuscripts must be large enough to be easily seen from a distance of at least one meter.
Posters will be displayed on the determined date and poster number and this information will be notified to the author responsible for communication.
Rules for Preparing Oral Presentations
The duration of the oral presentation is, the duration of discussion is determined as 3 minutes. Participants are required to have their presentations uploaded to the computer in the control room at least 2 hours before the conference session.
Oral papers will be presented by one of the authors in the related session. Detailed information of the date and the time of the presentation will be notified to the author by the congress secretariat.
